Thyme Lifestyle Resort Rothwell Breaks Ground on New Multimillion-Dollar Clubhouse

Exciting progress is underway at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Rothwell, with construction officially commencing on the community’s brand-new, multimillion-dollar Clubhouse, an important milestone that brings the vision for this vibrant over-50s lifestyle community one step closer to life.

The sod-turning ceremony was led by Councillor Jodie Shipway, Deputy Mayor for The City of Moreton Bay and Huxley Baberowski, representative from the office of Member for Bancroft, Chris Whiting, alongside our QLD Leadership Team and key representatives from Serenitas, marking the beginning of what will become the social heart of the community. The Clubhouse is set to open in Autumn 2027.

The new Clubhouse is set to become a central hub where homeowners can connect, unwind and stay active. Designed with comfort and community in mind, it will include a range of premium facilities including swimming pool and spa, bowling green, pickleball, cinema, hobby shed, community garden, gym and fitness studio to go along with multiple dining and social spaces.
Whether it’s catching up with neighbours, pursuing hobbies, or simply relaxing, the Clubhouse will offer something for every lifestyle.

Thyme Rothwell is quickly emerging as one of Queensland’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations for over-50s, thanks to its boutique feel and prime location near the beautiful Moreton Bay coastline and Redcliffe Peninsula.

As more Australians look to make the most of their lifestyle, Thyme Rothwell offers the perfect environment to do just that—whether it’s staying active, forming new friendships, or simply enjoying a slower pace in a beautiful location.

With construction now underway on the Clubhouse, the future of this thriving community is taking shape.
